The Stanley Brothers (Costa Taco) had ambition of diving into the early morning coffee grinder scene however they knew the risk in entering the already saturated market, so they needed to ensure they had the right procedures and processes in place for it to succeed. 

We were engaged as strategic project management providers for the launch of Mercado in Mermaid Waters which entailed multiple services including Location Analysis, Project Management Fit-out, Financial Modelling and Projections. This created a seamless process that from opening day to now has continued to work and create another outstanding café on the Gold Coast.
